2. The role of the platform
RomDoc is a digital service for listing, discovering and brokering appointment requests. The platform does not provide consultations or intervene in medical decisions.
3. Professional verification
A doctor can receive the "RomDoc Verified Doctor" badge after verifying the available professional information.
The badge does not represent the issuance of a license by RomDoc and does not replace the checks that the patient deems necessary.
4. Public information
Doctors and clinics are responsible for maintaining accurate public information, including specialties, addresses, rates, and availability.
5. Medical emergencies
RomDoc is not an emergency service. In an emergency situation, users should contact local emergency services immediately.
6. Notifications
Incorrect information, suspicious profiles, or technical issues can be reported via the contact page.
